M&E Project Manager

Blue Water Recruitment are currently recruiting a M&E Project Manager to work for a Tier 1 Contractor based in Cardiff.
The successful candidate will be working on a new state-of-the-art commercial build project.
You will be responsible for planning, implementing, and delivering the project according to programme and in compliance with the PPP agreement.
Job Responsibilities:
- Work with Design, Construction and Facility Management team
- Oversight of programme for design, construction, and commissioning activity for the works, ensuring quality of work and a safe site.
- Technical installations design monitoring
- Construction monitoring (ME&P)
- Monitoring of energy solution and achievement of the design & construction energy target (DCET)
- Monitor BIM process as described in the BIM protocol and BIM execution plan
- Support PM / Liaison with most of the consultants such as the Energy Manager, the Fire Engineering consultant, the Energy audit consultant, Thermal audit consultant.
About You:
- Bachelor’s Degree in either Electrical, Mechanical or Construction Management.
- At least 5 years’ experience in a similar role including Healthcare experience
