New Business Account Manager - Unified Communications

An opportunity has arisen to join our fast growing and ambitious sales team. We are looking for Account Managers who will be responsible for opening new accounts across the Unified Communications sector.

The UC new business account manager will be experienced in Unified Communication solution selling. Have a successful track record of at least 2+ years in a similar type sales role and be tech savvy and passionate about cutting-edge technologies

Our consultative approach enables us to work with our customers to understand the needs of their business in the design and delivery of effective technical, commercial and sustainable solutions to empower their business.

This is both an account management and a new business ‘hunter’ role operating within the business space of 20 to 200 employees.

You will be responsible for opening new business (accounts) which will be retained and managed by you.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop leads, leveraging marketing and networking to create sales opportunities.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationship throughout the sales cycle.
  • Understand the business needs of the customer and articulate how a technology implementation can address those needs.
  • Be proactive in developing & maintaining the required level of knowledge in Unified Communication technologies including Cloud, On Premise and Contact Centre.

A successful candidate will:

  • Be experienced in Unified Communication solution selling.
  • Have a successful track record of at least 2+ years in a similar type sales role.
  • Be tech savvy and passionate about cutting-edge technologies (keeping up to date with market trends)
  • Have superb client facing skills and to be at the forefront of taking cutting-edge technology and innovations to the small to mid-market.
  • Be an excellent communicator with great networking skills.
  • Have an entrepreneurial mindset and be a self-starter with a hunger to excel without compromising teamwork.
  • Be able to think laterally and be creative in deal crafting.
  • Be able to work under pressure in a target driven environment.
