About Us:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for helping young people.

  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.

  • Relevant qualifications or training in youth work, education, or a related field (preferred but not essential).

  • Experience working in alternative education settings or with students who have been excluded from mainstream schools (preferred).
