About the role:

We are seeking a dedicated Key Stage 1 Teaching Assistant (TA) to join our team on a part-time basis, supporting our students with booster sessions and interventions. This role has become available due to the expansion of our team to better support our growing student population.

You will work three days a week, assisting in a class of 25 enthusiastic and curious students. This position stands out due to our school’s supportive environment, exceptional resources, and the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our students.

Application Requirements:

• Relevant experience working with Key Stage 1 students.

• A strong understanding of SEN support strategies.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Patience, creativity, and a passion for education.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the delivery of tailored booster sessions and interventions.

• Support the class teacher in daily activities and lesson planning.

• Provide one-on-one and small group support to students.

• Help create a nurturing and inclusive classroom atmosphere.
