My client is a Civil Engineering Tier Two subcontractor who also act as a main contractor on various projects. They currently operate in 8 countries and have a turnover of £250M. They work primarily on major infrastructure projects providing groundworks and civil engineering expertise. Sectors include residential, commercial, public, technology, infrastructure and data centre markets offering a broad range of services including civil engineering, utilities and construction.

About the role

This role will be to oversee the fit out, steel frame, full envelope and refurb of a major project in Hertfordshire. There are two buildings being built next to each other on a £113M project. The package you will be looking after is valued at £28M and you will be acting as a sub agent on one of the two buildings. This is a very collaborative role that will involve working alongside another sub agent who will be looking after the other building. You will need to have CSA experience.

You will be joining a company with an excellent reputation and will be rewarded with a competitive salary of between £55,000 and £60,000 depending on experience. The position will include a car or car allowance, a healthcare package and pension contributions.

Requirements

You will be degree qualified and have an excellent knowledge of the utility and major infrastructure sector. A minimum of 3 years experience in a Sub Agent role is required and a working knowledge fit out and refurb packages is essential. CSA experience is a must for this role and you will be fully site based for this role. You will have experience of working with a Civil Engineering contractor and will have good stability on your CV of at least two years with each previous company.
