Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Furniture Seamstress to join our team. As a Seamstress, you will play a crucial role in our production process by sewing and assembling fabrics for furniture.
Responsibilities:
- Operate sewing machines to sew fabric pieces together.
- Perform alterations and repairs on various items of furniture.
- Follow patterns and instructions to ensure accurate production.
- Inspect finished products for quality and consistency.
- Collaborate with designers and other team members to meet production deadlines.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Furniture Seamstress or similar role.
- Proficiency in sewing techniques and operating sewing machines.
- Knowledge of different types of fabrics.
- Strong attention to detail and quality.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Ideal candidates will have experience working in a warehouse setting.
Hours are Monday - Friday, 8am-4pm.
