The Opportunity

In order to continue our regional strategic growth plans, we’re seeking a talented individual to join us as a Senior Recruitment Consultant and further drive the growth of our permanent recruitment services across the South East region.

In terms of role location, we’re happy to support a flexible base within the Kent/Essex, or even East Anglia areas, as long as you’re able to travel to one of our local TLP offices in either Maidstone or Felixstowe when required. We’re also happy to support a fulltime office-based location if that better suits your requirements.

The key thing is we will provide you with the opportunity and resources you need be successful, depending on your individual needs!

Key elements of the role will include:

• Actively participate in new business development/sales activities
• Meet and exceed the expectations of clients with their recruitment needs.
• Provide account management services and solutions.
• Manage and develop outstanding client and candidate relationships.
• Undertake effective candidate sourcing, helping drive candidate attraction and engagement.
• Contribute to wider business projects, including the review and implementation of AI and technology to enhance existing recruitment processes.

What are we looking for?

• Passion for recruitment!
• Excellent communication and relationship building skills.
• Strong commercial abilities and a drive to develop new business
• Proactive and results driven, able to deal with and prioritise a variety of tasks.
• Previous experience in recruitment consultancy or working within a sales/business development/commercial role (with some recruitment experience)
• Good IT and systems skills
• A current UK driving licence.

Although hours of work are Monday to Friday, 8.30am - 5.00pm, we’re a supportive and collaborative business, able to offer some flexibility on working arrangements. We understand the importance of a healthy work life balance!
