Fleet Manager - FTC

This business delivers trade goods nationwide from O-licence depots across the UK, with a fleet of close to 500 vehicles. The purpose of this role is to review and update their current fleet management systems to ensure safe and effective delivery of goods to their customers. You will be based from their office in Crick, Northamptonshire and play an integral role in in helping them to improve standards and deliver their vision.
This is a project driven role and expected to last 3-4 months on a fixed term contract basis for the duration. Your role as Fleet Manager is to support the local depots by reviewing current processes and procedures for their fleet operations and put in place corrective measures to improve fleet and driver performance. Improving compliance, safety and efficiency.
Ideal experience for this Fleet Manager role:
- Previous experience in a Fleet Manager role or similar
- Experience operating in a multi-site environment
- Able to review and improve fleet management processes
- Build effective strategies and processes to improve safety and compliance
The salary for this role is £35,000 to £40,000
