Senior FP&A Analyst

Salary/Rate:
£55,000 - £60,000/annum

We are currently recruiting on behalf of our clients based in Cambridge who are recruiting for a Senior FP&A Analyst. The role will be on a full-time hybrid basis, and ideally you will have experience working in a similar position, although our client could consider candidates looking to make their first move out of practice.

Typical duties include:

  • Performing financial analysis to support company decision making
  • Assisting with the annual budgeting process and perform regular variance analysis
  • Evaluating financial performance and drive improvements
  • Preparing annual budgets and quarterly forecast in line with company deadlines
  • Continuously evaluating processes and implementing improvements where necessary
  • Month end reporting and providing commentary where applicable
  • Performing any other duties to assist with the wider finance function

You will have:

  • A professional accounting qualification (ACCA, ACA, or CIMA)
  • A commercial approach
  • A strong technical skillset
  • Excellent communication and the ability to interpret financial data and report back to both finance and non-finance stakeholders
