Maintenance Electrician

A leading family run heating company have key requirements for a lead maintenance electrician to cover North and East London. As a successful Maintenance Electrician, you will:

• Maintenance Electrician will be conducting general maintenance in domestic properties
• Maintenance Electrician will be completing fire alarm checks, fixing sockets/ switches
• Maintenance Electrician will be on a call out rota roughly 1 in every 10 weeks, £250 per week standby when on call, and £35 per job
• Maintenance Electrician will be conducting fault finding
• Maintenance Electrician will work core hours 08:00-17:00 Monday- Friday

As a successful Maintenance Electrician, you must:

• Maintenance Electrician must have their Level 3 Electrical Installations and 18th Edition
• , Maintenance Electrician having their Gold card / 2391 is desirable
• Maintenance Electrician will have previous electrical repairs experience in a domestic environment
• Maintenance Electrician will be required to have a full UK clean licence
• Maintenance Electrician will be required to pass a DBS check (Standard check)
• Maintenance Electrician will be in a commutable distance to East/ North London

Maintenance Electrician will be paid £40-£50k + Holiday + Van + Call out
