Warehouse and Ops Manager

I’m looking for a Warehouse and Operations Manager for a unique opportunity with an established consumer goods business based near St. Albans. As the Warehouse and Operations Manager you will have full responsibility for the management, leadership and direction of the UK warehouse as well as working on European warehouse projects.

Salary range £55,000 - £63,000 + bonus and excellent benefits package

Responsibilities will include;
- Overseeing the warehouse and distribution as well as facilities
- Tracking and increasing efficiencies through KPI tracking/management
- Leadership of a team of 10 direct reports
- Supporting with 3PL management and contract negotiations
- Implementing/reviewing operational policies and procedures
- Leading and motivating the warehouse staff
- Developing reporting procedures
- Proven experience in a Warehouse Management position
- Knowledge of inventory controls
- Proficient computer and reporting skills
- Strong communication and relationship building skills
- Good understanding of warehouse and operations procedures
- Previous experience managing a team
- Valid drivers license
