Sales Administrator

As a Sales Administrator, you will play a vital role in assisting sales development and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service by promptly and efficiently responding to customer inquiries, liaising with internal departments for additional information as needed.
  • Process customer orders promptly, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Monitor stocks and purchase orders for designated customers, identifying the need for stock replenishment.
  • Monitor customer inquiries and orders, making appropriate proposals for schedules, purchases, and products, and keeping customers informed of any changes.
  • Assess the progress of orders and respond promptly to customer inquiries, taking appropriate action when necessary.
  • Assist in maintaining accurate information on our client's CRM package.
  • Support general office administration tasks, including filing.

Requirements:

  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build strong relationships.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.

Preferred skills and experience:

  • Sales administration experience (desirable), or strong administrative experience combined with customer service experience.
