🔑 Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound phone calls to past and present customers, reconnecting with those who haven't spent with the organisation recently.
  • Contact dormant accounts to identify why they stopped spending and rebuild relationships with them.
  • Build strong relationships with new accounts and increase the number of active customers.
  • Respond to email enquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Identify new areas of growth with current customers, promoting additional products to increase their monthly spend.
  • Provide expert sales and customer service support, offering commercially aware quotes and solid business acumen.
  • Identify new business opportunities through cold calling and market research.
  • Handle inbound B2B sales and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Strive to meet targets including call volume, profitability, and value.
  • Collaborate with your team and effectively manage your workload.
  • Utilise CRM system to record customer details and share information across the organisation.
  • Maintain and expand the customer database through a CRM NAV system.
  • Follow up on quotes and leads, ensuring no opportunity is missed.
  • Become well-versed in the organisation's product range, preparing accurate customer quotations.
  • Build relationships with key suppliers to enhance industry knowledge.
  • Perform other relevant duties as assigned by the organisation. 📋

  • Proven experience in telesales or a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated with a target-oriented mindset.
  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close deals.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems.
