NES Fircroft are looking for an Expeditor to join a global oilfield services business on an initial 6 month contract, located in Inverurie. This contract role will require a dynamic, driven and methodical individual who will maximise customer service for the clients product line. A key responsibility of this role is to ensure the delivery of goods through production, to support the product line in maximising OTIF and client service. 

Responsibiltiies:
  • You will be the direct point of contact for customers and provide accurate and timely information and delivery dates
  • You will translate customer feedback into the operations team, and ensure requirements are scheduled through our process to meet the needs of the client
  • Expediting up and down stream process, this includes all functions within the supply chain
  • You will absorb priorities and identify options to meet client needs while analysing the impact of schedule changes both to other customer orders and financially. 
What we are looking for:
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills - who will engage and develop relationships with key stakeholders
  • Good IT and analytical skills are essential, including high numerical capabilities to ensure the delivery of key business objectives
  • Experience in working in Supply Chain/Expediting
  • UK right of work 

Monday to Friday | 08:30 - 16:30 | 37.5 hours per week | Location: Inverurie, Aberdeenshire
