Quantity Surveyor
£Salary DOE + Package
Portsmouth, Hampshire
Our client has an immediate requirement for a Quantity Surveyor with previous experience working on luxury residential, commercial, and industrial projects.
Duties Include:
- Responsible for estimating costs.
- Material quantities and project time lines.
- Liaise with different teams on site to ensure smooth running to the programme.
- Conduct take-offs and prepare bill of quantities.
- Analyse project specifications.
You should have:
- Minimum 5 years' experience as a Quantity Surveyor.
- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
- Job longevity.
- Previous experience on a mixture of luxury residential, commercial, and industrial projects.
- A pro-active and collaborative approach
- Punctual and reliable.
