Exciting Opportunity for Warehouse Operative in Thatcham!

Are you ready to join a dynamic team and take the next step in your career? Blue Arrow is seeking dedicated individuals for the role of Warehouse Operative in Thatcham.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 12:00 - 20:30

£11.50 per hour

Temporary on going position

Start your journey with us by gaining hands-on experience in wrapping, packing, and labeling to familiarize yourself with our products and packaging.
As you become more familiar and ready, you'll transition to various areas such as picking, receiving, and replenishing stock.
Take on tasks including unloading and loading vehicles, processing incoming stock, and fulfilling orders with accuracy and efficiency.

Responsibilities Include:

Picking and filling orders accurately to facilitate smooth operations
Processing incoming stock and materials with attention to detail
Sorting and packing orders into magnums/bags for shipment
Managing inventory, organizing stock, and conducting regular stock counts
Operating manual pallet trucks, semi-electric stackers, and other equipment safely and effectively
Unloading and loading vehicles, ensuring safe handling of loads
Skills and Experience Required:


Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Confidence in delivering effective communication to colleagues and contacts
Ownership mentality with a commitment to achieving high standards
Positive attitude and willingness to tackle challenges with enthusiasm
Ability to learn new tasks and adapt to changing priorities
Previous warehouse experience in a similar role is advantageous, but not required as all training will be provided
