Solar PV Sales Manager required. Our client is an established Renewable Energy company specialising in Battery Storage, Heat Pumps, Biomass and Solar PV. They are looking for a Solar PV Sales Manager to join the team due to the growth of the business.

Successful candidates will have a proven track record in sales and experience in electrical/ renewable sales. Candidates will be handling projects of 100KW. Candidates must be happy to travel around the country.

Solar PV Sales Manager Position Overview

• Build and promote strong customer relationships in order to drive sales.
• Develop credibility and trust with customers through industry insight, technical knowledge, sound commercial proposals and responsive and effective communication.
• Act as a Brand Ambassador for the company.
• Ensuring provision of a prompt and efficient response to all customer enquiries
• Filter and prioritise customer enquiries to the maximum benefit of the business.
• Liaise with internal colleagues to ensure all back-office functions such as DNO applications are efficiently completed.
• Arrange and attend customer site visits and surveys
• Prepare solar designs optimised for Client benefit
• Construct and present accurate quotes allowing for all costs and target margin
• Produce and present professional client proposals.
• Actively identify and pursue new business opportunities through:
• Attending Trade Shows and Exhibitions
• Identification of Target Markets/Customers and creating & implementing a strategy for onboarding said.
• Obtaining referrals from existing customers
• Utilising existing contacts/networks where appropriate

Solar PV Sales Manager Position Requirements

• 3+ years experience in a similar position
• Excellent Customer Relationship Management skills.
• Experience with New Business sales in whole-sales-cycle from target identification through to onboarding with a Margin-based sales approach.

Solar PV Sales Manager Position Remuneration

• Salary: £40,000 - ££60,000 (depending on experience) + OTE
• Working hours: 40 hours
• Holiday Package: 25 days + 8BH
