We are looking to recruit an dynamic, enthusiastic & motivated Account Manager for a rapidly expanding, busy  events hire company on the outskirts of Dartford

This an exciting role for someone who really enjoys speaking to new and existing  customers,  and a natural flair for developing and nurturing relationships to better understand their business  requirements for the hiring of  products for their events anywhere  across the UK

Role

•           Responsible for managing a portfolio of key accounts,  which are a combination of existing, new and also lapsed clients -  maximizing  growth across these accounts

•           Keeping in contact with all your clients to understand their requirements for future event bookings to secure bookings in events calendar

•           Understand and learn product range, (new and existing) so that you can offer best product hire to your clients for their events.

•           Good general knowledge of cities in UK in regards to hiring of stock  for logistics

•           Look at logistics of the product hire;  volume,  location, site access, transport  etc to ensure that the service you offer is exactly what they require for their events

•           Understand costings and pricing to enable you to talk confidently to your clients about hire costs

•           Offering exception client and customer care and really getting to know your clients to build up your portfolio

•           After sales service to ensure your clients are happy with the service and would book again in the future

•           On occasion meet up with clients and/or visit venues to understand requirements

•           Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to identify new business opportunities and drive sales growth

•           Provide regular reports and updates on account performance and sales activity

•           Attend industry events and conferences to build relationships and stay up-to-date on industry trends

•           Offering solutions and problem solving to any client issues or dilemmas

Experience and Skills

Proven experience in a similar role, target driven , Account Manager, Estate agent, Sales negotiator, Business Development, Client Care, Customer Care,

Events and Exhibitions,

You will be happy working to company and personal targets  have a proven track record of building and maintaining successful client relationships & driving sales

This is such a great role for someone who loves speaking to customers, developing an nurturing and developing relationships and maximising all business opportunities

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

Strong project management skills and attention to detail Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically

competitive salary of £30 p/a basic salary plus a generous commission package, as well as opportunities for career growth and advancement within the company.
