About Us: Our client is a leader in aviation maintenance and support services, committed to excellence and innovation. We are currently seeking a dedicated Technical Records Administrator to join our team and ensure meticulous management of technical records and documents in accordance with Airbus procedures.

Role Overview: As a Technical Records Administrator, you will be responsible for collating, sorting, auditing, and administering all technical records and documents. This role involves close collaboration with the Technical Records Coordinator and strict compliance with Regulatory Articles (RAs) and Atlas processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with the Technical Records Coordinator regarding day-to-day priorities.
  • Comply with all applicable Regulatory Articles (RAs) and Atlas processes.
  • Collect, sort, and distribute paperwork to Technical Support and CAW Management departments for review.
  • Conduct daily and monthly audits of all MDS transactions carried out by Pt 145, raise WORs for corrections, and report errors.
  • Perform Technical Logbook Checks to ensure all documentation is present, accurate, and true.
  • Ensure all blank documents are present and correct within Document Packs generated for down route activities.
  • Scan, electronically file, and archive all documentation according to applicable Atlas procedures.
  • Collate requested data for the Military Airworthiness Review (MAR) team to support the annual audit.
  • Publish approved Engineering Documentation on the F Drive for accessibility by all relevant departments.
  • Transfer Engineering Documentation to the MRO as requested, in compliance with Export Control Regulations.
  • Download and archive all aircraft flight data.
  • Carry out actions identified in fortnightly audits from Data Analysis, raising WORs as required.
  • Perform retrospective data entry into MDS for:
    • Aircraft exiting from Base Maintenance
    • Aircraft returning to Main Operating Base from Retrofit or other external maintenance agencies.
    • Ensure all maintenance is reforecasted correctly and all transactions are accurately completed using P/Ns and S/Ns listed on Form 1s/CofCs.
  • Ensure availability of all digital media, including but not limited to: Digital aircraft mapping, navigational databases, and Tactical Terrain Databases.
  • Update any procedures and/or desktop instructions as necessary.
  • Deliver training to new employees and provide further training within the Technical Records team.
  • Assist other departments within the organization when possible.
  • Support and contribute to continuous improvement programs.

Essential Skill Set:

  • Must be computer literate.
  • Must be able to work autonomously and be highly organized.
  • Must have previous data entry experience.
