Position: Industrial and Commercial Electrician
Location: Kent and South East UK
Salary: Competitive rates of pay
About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Industrial and Commercial Electrician to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems in various industrial and commercial settings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform electrical installations, maintenance, and repairs in accordance with BS7671 18th Edition wiring regulations.
- Conduct testing and inspection of electrical systems to ensure safety and compliance, adhering to BS2391 standards.
- Diagnose and rectify electrical faults.
- Maintain accurate records of all work completed.
- Collaborate with other team members and contractors on projects.
- Follow health and safety regulations and guidelines.
Requirements:
- Gold Card: Must hold a valid Gold Card.
- BS7671 18th Edition: Strong knowledge and practical experience with the 18th Edition wiring regulations.
- ECS Gold Card Certification: Must be ECS certified.:
- BS2391: Certification in testing and inspection (BS2391).
- IPAF: Having an IPAF certification is an advantage.
- Proven experience in industrial and commercial electrical installations.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Full, clean driving licence.
