Responsibilities in your new role

As a member of the waiting staff  team, you will be responsible for carrying out all duties required for the smooth operation of the bar ,restaurant and banqueting  including:

• Plate waiting (taking orders from customers and preparing them for service)
• Tending to all customer needs (ensuring that customers are seated comfortably and served efficiently)
• Serving food and beverages (including alcoholic drinks where relevant) to customers in an efficient manner
• Cleaning work/service stations (including tables, chairs, bars, etc.) as well as other general cleaning duties around the venue

Your personality, experience and qualifications

Essential for this role is a minimum of 6 months of prior experience in a bar or restaurant setting, demonstrating a strong foundation in customer service and effective communication. You should exhibit the capacity to thrive in high-pressure, fast-paced environments while maintaining a positive and friendly demeanour. Attention to detail and a genuine enthusiasm for delivering top-notch service are also key qualities we seek in candidates for this position.
