This innovative financial services company are looking to recruit theirfirst Customer Services Consultant to coincide with the launch of their latest payment product. You will play a key role not only in providing support to all customer enquiries but also in helping the Directors in designing the customer journey. What are the day-to-day responsibilities of the Receptionist:

• Educate clients on product set-up, features and resolve technical issues
• Respond to enquiries across email, phone, chat etc professionally and quickly
• Use feedback from customers to help improve features and customer journey
• Prepare weekly reports and keep customer logs up to date

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Experience in similar customer services role with a solutions mindset
• Friendly and proactive with excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• Previous experience of providing support in a tech-led business would be a plus
• Ability to translate technical issues into everyday language for customers
• Positive and proactive attitude
