We are delighted to be working with this Hersham based law firm. They have offices across the Southwest of London and they are recruiting for an Employment Solicitor (NQ – 3 years) on a permanent full-time basis.

Salary: £45,000 - £55,000

Typical duties include:

• Covering contentious and non-contentious matters
• Working within the Employment legal team
• Managing employment tribunal cases
• Giving advice on settlement agreements and grievance matters
• Researching and drafting documents
• Providing excellent customer care
• Keeping clients updated
• Managing different projects and files

Candidate specification:

• NQ – 3 years PQE solicitor
• Employment experience within a legal firm
• Excellent written and verbal skills
• Strong negotiation skills
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and team members
• Going above and beyond for clients
• An interest in marketing and team development
