Our client based 15 min from Spalding looking for general operatives. Opportunity get contract after 3 months (temporary to permanent contract).
As a Production operative you will need to be:
- Punctual.
- Reliable.
- Flexible to carry out various tasks.
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently and as part of a team.
- Responsibilities include manual labour, maintaining cleanliness and supporting different departments as needed. Inspect products and material for defects or damage, reporting any issues to supervisors.
Details:
- Working hours from 07:00-19:00.
- Rate day shift £11.44 per hour.
- Regular work on a shift pattern (shift 2-2-3)
- Training provided.
- Previous experience not required.
