Customer Services Advisor

Main Duties:
- Order processing customers sales orders and picking up enquiries
- Providing a high level of customer service to suppliers and customers
- Processing claims
- Uploading pricing, resolving issues for distribution team
- Checking stock availability
- Working with internal and external stakeholders
- Managing inhouse CRM system
- General administration
- Must have 2-3 years Excellent Customer Service experience within a similar role
- Strong background within
- Good attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Previous SAP experience
- Maths & English A-C
- Must be a driver due to location
- Excellent IT skills and knowledge of all Microsoft Office packages
- Good problem solver
- Work effectively as part of a team
Monday-Friday, Hybrid role.
