Excellent opportunity to join this expanding business who are seeking an experienced Administrator to join their team to provide Admin and Secretarial support.
Job Description for the Administrator/ Secretary
- Answering all incoming calls
- Act as first point of contact for clients over the phone
- Providing administrative support to team
- Diary management and booking appointments
- Typing and amending documents in Word
- General ad hoc responsibilities within the business
Job skills required for the Administrator / Secretary
- Strong knowledge and experience with Microsoft Word & Excel
- Good communication skills and excellent phone manner
- Ability to work as part of a busy team
- Flexible attitude
- Good attention to detail
