Job Title: Senior HR & Recruitment Coordinator

Salary: Up to £36,000 pa

Hours: 40 hours a week

Main areas of responsibility:

• Day to day running of HR area including corporate inductions
• Play a pivotal role in overseeing the entire recruitment lifecycle, from talent acquisition to onboarding
• Ensuring candidates have a positive experience
• Administrative support in both areas
• Preparing and proofing necessary paperwork for employees, contract changes, new starter / leaver documents for example
• Updating and maintaining employee records and personnel files
• Keep up to date with legislation changes and updates
• Continuously strive to enhance HR team processes for greater operational efficiency, evaluating and refining current HR practices while incorporating new perspectives and trends.

Required Skills & Experience:

• CIPD Level 3 or above
• Strategic thinker with widespread experience in HR Management and Recruitment
• Keen eye for detail and ability to build strong relationships with candidates and higher Management
• Excellent computer skills primarily in Excel and Word
• Great organizational abilities
