Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance is always adhered to
• Coach and Mentor the sales team
• Deliver a financial business plan
• Effective knowledge of sales techniques
• Ensuring excellent customer service is maintained
• Meet key performance indicators
• Face to face interaction

Qualifications

• A Can-do attitude
• Experienced Transaction/Business Manager
• Professionalism and the ability to build strong relationships

Salary and Benefits

• £52,000 OTE
• 830-530 M-F, 830-5 Sat, 10-4 Sun (1 in 3)
