About the Role: Quantity Surveyor 

Our client is currently seeking a dedicated Quantity Surveyor to join their dynamic team in Liverpool. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for ensuring cost efficiency and effective budget management throughout the project lifecycle. As a key contributor, you will play a vital role in the company's ongoing success and growth.

You will also support our Senior Management Team with the planned consolidation and

growth of our major projects division.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Preparation and agreement of external valuations
• Supporting the Construction Team with Contract administration advice.
• Preparation and presentation of monthly internal valuations and cost reporting.
• Negotiation and placing of supply chain orders and development of our supply chain database.
• Managing subcontract accounts in accordance with their terms and conditions.
• Supporting our Estimating team with tenders including take offs and cost advice.
• Supporting the business to become more efficient through the further development of IT based systems and waste reduction initiatives.
