DCT Recruitment are currently seeking a skilled and passionate Doughnut Baker to join our team at our bakery in Ellesmere Port. If you have a love for creating delicious, mouth-watering doughnuts and want to be a part of a dynamic and exciting team, this is the perfect opportunity for you!

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and bake a variety of doughnuts according to recipes and quality standards
- Ensure all doughnuts are properly mixed, shaped, and fried to perfection
- Decorate and glaze doughnuts with various toppings and fillings
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, following all safety and sanitation guidelines

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a doughnut baker or in a similar baking role is highly desirable
- Strong knowledge of doughnut recipes, techniques, and baking equipment
- Ability to work efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent attention to detail and creativity in decorating doughnuts
- Sunday to Friday, from midnight till 8am
