Product Marketing Manager from a SaaS background (ideally HRIS, HCM, Payroll, LMS or similar) required to join exciting, collaborative team in this remote opportunity.

Working for a forward-thinking HR & Payroll SaaS provider that approaches the market with a fresh, dynamic approach. You will take responsibility for developing and executing marketing strategies that communicate the value of product offerings to customers and drive sales.

This will involve collaboration with cross-functional teams (product management, sales and creative services) to develop go-to-market plans, launch new products and ensure successful execution of marketing campaigns.

What they require:

• Must have worked in a product marketing role within a B2B SaaS provider  (ideally HRIS, HCM, Payroll, LMS or similar) for 2-3 years+.
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful product marketing campaigns within SaaS environments (HRIS/HCM and Payroll space is an advantage)
• Amazing written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical skills and an attention to detail.
• You are comfortable working in a remote environment, managing your own time with occasional office meetings

What the role will involve:

• Develop go-to-market plans and launch new products
• Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitive landscape, and market trends
• Develop product positioning and messaging that effectively communicates the value of their products to customers
• Create sales enablement materials including presentations, demos, and case studies
• Develop and execute marketing campaigns that generate leads and drive sales
• Measure and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed
• Manage product marketing budgets

Salary: £60K to £70K plus 25 days holidays (+bank hols), birthday leave, Health Insurance, Life Assurance, Income Protection, Employee Assistance program, £250 WFH budget, buy and sell annual leave, regular social events.

Location: Remote (UK based as required to attend company events from time to time) or Hybrid (if you prefer you can go into the London office).
