Contracts Manager – Specialist Contractor – London

I represent one of London’s premier contractors, they design, source, manufacture, install and advise on a range of surface packages across various applications and sectors, including commercial, residential, retail and hospitality.

• Sites are primarily located within zones 1-3
• Projects: £30k - £10M

The Role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to oversee multiple (3-4) projects up to £1M in Central London, including schemes in Canary Wharf and Southwark. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing programming and planning independently, demonstrating strong communication skills and a client-facing demeanour. The role involves being based mainly on one larger site while visiting the 2-3 other sites as needed.
