sALARY UP TO £25,000 PER ANNUM (DEPENDANT ON EXPERIENCE)

 

Siamo are working with a dedicated and thriving enterprise looking to onboard an Administrator to their ever-expanding team in Ashby De La Zouch, Leicestershire.

You, the Administrator will play a pivotal role in supporting the office manager with all duties and ensuring the day to days tasks run smoothly.

You will be a naturally charismatic and a strategic thinker as you take ownership of your responsibilities, organising and compiling data working in line with compliance standards.

Our client encourages creative thinking and seeks an individual keen to make a difference within their role.

Please note this is an office-based role Monday to Friday 08.30am – 17.00pm with an hour for lunch.

Job Responsibilities

  • Reporting to site General Manager providing all –round support as required
  • Assist with capacity management in terms of day to day, weekly and monthly tasks.
  • Answering the telephone
  • Filing paperwork
  • Inputting of orders
  • Respond to, follow up and resolve client queries/requirements
  • Assisting with general maintenance and updating where required of the “online store”.
  • Assisting with accounts work such as but not limited to processing purchase invoices and client payments.
  • Assistance with projects when required.
  • All other general off duties

 

Candidate Requirements

  • Have a good understanding of English grammar and be numerate.
  • Good PC literacy – particularly with Microsoft Office to include Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Careful attention must be given to every element of work undertaken always ensuring meticulous care and accuracy.
  • Ability to develop and build good working relationships with team members.
  • Be assertive yet respectful and have the skills to always stay in control of situations.
  • Always express a consistent temperament, friendly, helpful and professional manner, maintaining a diplomatic and tactful approach to solving difficult situations with all levels of people, either internally or externally.
  • A high level of confidentiality is always key.
  • Must employ the principles of good time management and an ability to work at a fast lively pace as demanded by the role.
