One of Europe’s largest communications companies is searching for a Customer Service Executive to join their Client Services Team on a full-time, permanent basis.
What You Will Bring to the Team:
- Previous experience in a client services role
- Exemplary customer service and communication skills
- Skilled in brainstorming and generating creative solutions
- Initiative to prioritise and organise work effectively
Your Typical Duties:
- Support the client service team by managing mailboxes and receiving incoming phone calls, ensuring accurate information is logged and maintained at a high standard
- Building strong relationships and providing excellent customer service
- Escalate any urgent queries directly to the account managers
- Return all feedback to each customer in an efficient and professional manner.
