Hexagon Recruitment is seeking a skilled Administrator to join our client's team in Buckley. This full-time position offers an excellent opportunity for an organized and detail-oriented individual to contribute to a dynamic office environment.
Key Details:
- Location: Buckley, Clwyd
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- Salary: £12.98 per hour
Responsibilities:
- Managing administrative tasks and paperwork
- Answering incoming phone calls and emails
- Placing orders and conducting stock checks
- Coordinating and booking meetings
- Providing general office support
The Ideal Candidate:
We're looking for a proactive individual with strong organizational skills and excellent attention to detail. The successful applicant will have:
- Previous administrative experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- A professional and friendly demeanour
