Looking for an Assistant Cook for an exclusive independent Nursing Home based just outside Rugby. The home has varied client diets which need to be catered for, and all meals are freshly prepared, so looking for someone with the following experience:
- Have all round experience of working with fresh produce.
- Be able to demonstrate home baking.
- Happy to cater for a variety of diets.
- Enjoy working and cooking for the elderly.
- Be able to be flexible with working hours.
- Happy to work alternate weekends.
- Ideally an online DBS
Job Description
- Catering for various diets daily.
- Supporting the chef menu planning.
- Assisting the chef with running of the kitchen.
- Confident in running the kitchen whilst the chef is off.
- Always keeping the kitchen safe and clean
