Job Title: Night Social Host

Location: Southall

Salary: £27k per annum + £3k annual bonus (paid in 4 quarterly installments)

Hours: Full Time, 4 nights on, 4 nights off rotation, 12 hours per night (8pm-8am)

Reports to: General Manager

Job Role and Responsibilities

Our client is looking for a Night Social Host to join their vibrant community. As a Night Social Host, you will play a pivotal role in creating an exceptional experience for members. Your duties will encompass various tasks, from welcoming members to ensuring their stay is enjoyable and comfortable. Key responsibilities include:

  • Member Check-In/Check-Out: Greet members, verify identity, process payments, provide information on amenities, and ensure a smooth check-in and check-out process.
  • Communication: Promptly and professionally answer phone calls and emails, ensuring all non-members are properly registered to maintain a safe environment.
  • Customer Service: Address and resolve member complaints or issues, offer solutions, and ensure member satisfaction by following up on any concerns raised.
  • Breakfast Preparation: Prepare and lay out the daily morning breakfast, ensuring compliance with food safety standards and high member satisfaction.
  • Technical Support: Troubleshoot issues in the Audio and Visual studio, provide guidance on equipment use, and report technical issues.
  • Mail and Package Handling: Sort and distribute mail and packages accurately.
  • Facility Management: Conduct regular safety and security checks, ensure communal areas are clean and well-maintained, and report any issues.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate member information and daily records, updating the day team with relevant information.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address additional member needs.
  • Additional Duties: Undertake any other duties or special projects as assigned by management.

Person Specification

  • Experience: Previous experience in night customer service or hospitality preferred.
  • Skills: Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong attention to detail, and basic computer skills.
  • Desirable: Experience with DJ and podcast equipment, interest in food preparation (preferred but not essential).
