Project Manager – Bradford
My client is seeking a talented Project Manager with proven technical capacity and business acumen to join their dynamic water team. Based in the Leeds/Bradford area, you will be delivering the AMP capital programme for Yorkshire Water across clean and wastewater sites.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee projects from inception to completion, including investigation, bid, design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and handover.
• Maintain budgetary control, forecast project expenditure, and monitor programme performance.
• Ensure effective delivery, being accountable for project completion on time and within budget.
• Manage and oversee the production of designs, reports, drawings, tender documents, and specifications.
• Utilise programming tools (e.g., Primavera, MS Project) and control systems to manage the project schedule.
• Accurately manage project budgets and forecasts.
• Identify and implement cost reduction initiatives.
• Report financial status to clients and the companys board of directors.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams through the project lifecycle, managing multiple projects concurrently.

Desired Qualifications:
• Preferably hold an HND or HNC in Civil Engineering.
• Project Management qualification or working towards one.
• Good knowledge of different contract types (including NEC) and procurement options.
• CSCS card holder (Black card) or equivalent.
• SMSTS 5-day course.
