Resourcing Group is working with a local Housing Association based in Exeter who would like to hire an additional team member to join their office based team. This public sector landlords maintain their own housing stock, carrying out repairs and maintenance on behalf of their tenants. This can be offered as a hybrid role, working in the office and at home 50/50 if preferred.

The role will involve:

  • Taking and making telephone calls - this is a busy role, so a high volume of calls come in on a daily basis
  • Managing Emails and communicating both internally and externally
  • General Administrative
  • Managing internal jobs and work in progress - from an administrative capacity
  • Liaising with the tenants, managing expectations, delivering a great customer journey
  • Ensuring that the tenant receives brilliant feedback and customer service
  • Ideally, an understanding of compliance would be advantageous. This is not a deal breaker. A strong scheduler can be taught this aspect of the role, but having some basic knowledge in a previous role would be beneficial.

This is an initial 6 month contract, but could genuinely become longer term and permanent further down the line. It could be extended beyond, this but initially, is being offered on a 6 month temporary role.
