BIM Coordinator - Join Our Innovative Team, in a trusting hybrid led environment.

Grant Walker are looking for an experienced BIM Coordinator who will be integral in project coordination, support BIM management and troubleshooting within the project teams. This role is ideal for a stage 5 experienced coordinator who is passionate about high-quality design and skilled in Revit.

Your new role:

Working within a multi-disciplined BIM/REVIT team, you will be responsible for generating quality, accurate and detailed models/drawings of all MEP Services, working within the requirements of the project BIM execution plan.

You will produce 2D layouts/ schematics using AutoCAD as well as 3D BIM models, generating 2D/ 3D/ layouts/ sections/ schematics, to include information modelling using Revit MEP; as well as clash detection using Navisworks.

The chance to develop as a coordinator, learn and progress into a BIM Project Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Proficiency with software such as Revit, AutoCAD and Navisworks - examples of work will be beneficial.
• An understanding of the requirement for building services co-ordination - buildability, maintainability and fire stopping
• Previous experience working for a contractor preferred but not essential.
• Site visits are an essential part of the role.
• Positive outlook and self-motivated.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Experience:

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a BIM Coordinator or similar role.
• Proficiency in Revit BIM software.
• Strong understanding of BIM principles and workflows.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to prioritise tasks, manage deadlines, and work independently.
