Amazing job opportunity within our Electrical company based in Bromley. Here at GPM London LTD we are offering the position of office administrator to join our busy team. This is a great opportunity for someone who is enthusiastic and is willing to succeed in a busy office environment.
Responsibilities include;
- Resourcing and allocating operatives to projects/ Diary scheduling.
- Maintaining the company databases (uploading files and updating information)
- Working alongside the manager and office staff.
- Answering the phone to customers & clients.
- Dealing with queries
- Upkeep of operative documents
- Filing away paperwork
- Answering all emails from customers and clients
- Logging new jobs on the system
Key skills;
- Essential knowledge of Microsoft packages is required
- Resourceful and capable of working as a team member
- Flexible and adaptable in completing varied tasks
- Good communication skills
- Organisation skills
- Able to multi task
- Working under pressure in a busy office
- Polite telephone manner
Job Type: Full-time 8am-5pm Monday - Friday.
20 days holiday per annum plus bank holidays.
Pay: Up to £25,000.00 per year
