Salary: £9,000 - £10,000
Position Type: Permanent, Part-Time (12-15 hours per week)
Experience: No experience necessary, but an outgoing personality and flair for customer service is essential. Experience in retail or hospitality is a plus.

Your Role

As a Part-Time Store Support, your mission is to boost sales of our client’s products in-store. Your duties will focus on three key areas: Retail Sales, Staff Coaching and Training, and Basic Merchandising. The Twist with this role is you don’t work for the retailer you work for the manufacturer. You manage your own diary and own time reporting to head office not to the store managers or staff in the retailer.

Retail Sales

• Build strong relationships with store staff and management.
• Promote and represent my client's brand to store teams and customers.
• Log sales calls and store visits using the CRM system.
• Organize events to promote product sales.
• Ensure in-store promotions run smoothly.
• Provide monthly sales performance reports.
• Collaborate with store managers to achieve business goals.
• Ensure my client's brands are well-represented in the store.

Staff Coaching and Training

• Teach store teams about my client's products, including features and benefits.
• Train new and current store staff on sales techniques and equipment use.

Merchandising / Displays

• Maintain store signage and merchandising displays.
• Order inventory to ensure stock is maintained.
