Responsibilities:
- You will be an active member of SLT and report into site director
- Develop, maintain and implement the SHE policies and plans
- You will be responsible for conducting and completing specialist risk assessments and reduce risks
- You will work closely with other departments – operations, technical, distribution
- You require a NEBOSH qualification
- You require 3 + years experience in HSE Manager role ideally within food manufacturing
- Must have a flexible and hands on attitude, you will be based on site full time
