Tradewind Recruitment are currently looking for a caring and professional SEND Teacher to join a secondary school in Enfield. You will be working within the schools SEN unit which caters for a small number of students with complex needs. This is a full time, long-term role starting in September for the academic year 2024/25.

As a SEND teacher you will be responsible for the below:

• Planning, delivering and lessons whilst assessing progress
• Working with the support staff to put in place and run interventions
• Support behaviour by following the children's plans
• Updating and setting targets for children.
• Working alongside the SENDCO and other professionals in the support network

To join us and be successful in this role you will ideally need :

• QTS
• Knowledge of, or previous experience working within complex needs or SEND
• An Enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable) and professional reference checks
• CV must cover the last 10 years of employment history where possible
• Legal right to work in the UK
