This is an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated Quantity Surveyor to join an award-winning landscaping and architecture practice working in the luxury design and build sector.

They are now looking to add a highly motivated Quantity Surveyor to support their next phase of growth.

In this role you will be primarily office-based with site visits when required, the projects are based mostly around Central & West London and value from 6 to 7 figures. The successful applicant will have a lot of involvement in the commercial activities of the business by managing costs, analysis, budgeting, project monitoring, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure a first-class service is delivered.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor working on either luxury design and build, ground works, or other related projects. You will thrive in a fast-paced & dynamic environment where you will get lots of opportunities to develop your skillset and progress within the company.

The Role:

  • Quantity Surveyor
  • Office-based, with site visits when required
  • Managing all contractual and financial aspects of each project including cost control, analysis, budgeting, monitoring, and evaluation
  • Going the extra mile to deliver complex landscaping projects in line with design and customer requirements


The Person:

  • Previous experience as a Quantity Surveyor working on high-end design and build, ground works, or other related projects
  • A track record of delivering projects successfully in accordance with design specifications and client requirements
  • Work effectively in a small team with busy work environment
  • Based in a commutable distance from Central/West London
