Job Title:                              Estimator                                            

Location:                             Milton Keynes

Salary:                                  £45k - £50k

Hours of Work:                40 Hours Monday – Friday

Type:                                  Permanent

Start Date:                        Immediately (flexible for notice periods)

A well-established local main-contractor now require an Estimator to join their team.

Duties of an Estimator      

• Compiling estimates of true cost from multiple sectors and presenting to the Estimating Manager
• Surveying of works and meet with clients, including UK travel
• Compiling Scopes of work from client briefs and documentation
• Liaison with new and existing Sub-contractors across the supply chain
• Survey works and meet with clients
• Presenting clear handovers for the Commercial and Operational stakeholders

It is essential or preferrable that you have the following experience, qualifications or skills;

• Experience in take offs of measurements
• Project experience up to £1,000,000
• Refurb experience desirable
