We are looking for an experienced Site Manager for a school refurbishment project in Solhull, starting from next week.
An enhanced DBS, SMSTS and First Aid is essential for this role.
You will manage the refurbishment of 2 x communal areas on a school, managing contractors, health & safety, RAMS, materials handling and progress meetings.
Experience in M&E, plumbing, fit out and refurb works within a school/hospital setting highly desirable.
The role is working for a leading UK M&E and facilities business with opportunities to move on to various other projects.
