Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement business development strategies to secure new projects in the Higher Education, Schools, and Healthcare sectors.
• Identify and cultivate relationships with key stakeholders and potential clients within the target sectors.
• Prepare and present detailed proposals and bids for new projects.
• Collaborate with the project management team to ensure seamless project handovers and client satisfaction.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.

Requirements:

• Experience: Proven experience in business development for construction projects valued between £500km to £10m.
• Sector Knowledge: Demonstrable track record within the Higher Education, Schools, and Healthcare sectors.
• Location: Must reside within a 40-minute drive of hemel hempstead
• Skills: Strong networking, negotiation, and presentation skills.
