We are happy to be recruiting for one of our high-profile Banking clients. They are currently looking for a HR Analyst (Compliance) to join them for a contract which will run until the end of 2024. However, there may be scope for extension.

Overview of the Role:

The HR Analyst will assist in the day-to-day Certificate issuance operation and K&C assessments to ensure the firm meets regulatory obligations, under the guidance and supervision of the Certification Manager. The role holder will report to the Head of AskHR, and work closely with stakeholders in Compliance, HR and the Front Office as well as all Certification employees.

Job Purpose:

Process documentation and information from relevant departments and individuals to complete Knowledge and Competency (K&C) assessments.
Undertake filing, system updates, reporting, monitoring, and other activities related to these requirements.
To assist in wider HR Operations when required including, but not limited to, background screening and department-wide initiatives / projects.

Accountabilities & Responsibilities:

  • Liaising with departments and relevant employees to arrange completion of the assessments required to support the issue of Certificates and ensure all assessment results are correctly documented.
  • Undertaking K&C assessment for onboarding, including liaising with Compliance and HR in relevant offices.
  • Escalating and updating any issues or irregularities related to Certification Regime to their manager.
  • Undertake filing, system updates and other activities related to these obligations.
  • Assisting in SMCR K&C related projects and taking part in requirement development and testing in further development of the Senior Managers and Certification Regime system and the associated reporting system under guidance.
  • Assisting with HR Ops Tasks

Knowledge, Skills, Experience & Qualifications:

Required

  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to multi-task.
  • Be self-motivated and proactive.
  • Be able to work in a flexible and responsive manner according to business requirements.

Desirable

  • Proficiency in MS Excel (basic to intermediate) and Oracle HR.
  • Experience in use of Employee Central and / or SuccessFactors.
  • Knowledge of Certification Regime.
  • Knowledge of HR Ops.

Location:

This is a hybrid working role with a requirement to work from the clients London office 2/3 days a week.

Working hours:

Standard working hours with some flex where required.
