Approach Personnel are partnering with our new client to recruit a Sprayer. As a Sprayer, you will be responsible for carrying out the preparation of surfaces, application of primers and topcoats to timber fire doors and other joinery components.

Duties
- Application of paint using typical methods, including hand/roller, and spraying, as well as filling, sanding and priming.
- Ensuring maintenance of the workshop and tools/machinery on a day-to-day basis.
- Maintaining health and safety standards and protocols, and ensuring all final products are up to standard.
- Working together with the production team to produce quality work and manage timescales
